He drafted good documents and followed up so that the signing went smoothly. His staff could be better as I was kept waiting for ten minutes while the assistant was talking to a prospective client on the phone and did not even acknowledge me. I had to say, “excuse me, I am here to sign a will.” My interruption clearly annoyed her. His staff could be better as I was kept waiting for ten minutes while the assistant was talking to a prospective client on the phone and did not even acknowledge me.
