I can’t say enough great things about John Frick and his paralegal Mandy. John recently represented me when I had an issue with a former employer. John was on point forecasting what the other attorney would do and was always prepared. He and Mandy were communicative and responsive and although the whole process was stressful, working with them took most of the weight off my shoulders so I could continue to focus on my new job and my family. In March I received a letter from Weston Legal in reference to a lawsuit that had been filed against me. I reached out to Weston Legal for representation only to be told that the amount owed on my case was not substantial enough for representation. They advised me over the phone to contact the debtor and make arrangements for a payment plan and I did. In September I was mailed a default judgement from the debtor and had no clue as to what was going on. I called the debtor to resolve the issue and was told they could not speak to me about my case because their records showed that Michael Weston is my lawyer and he is the only person they can talk to about the case. Another surprise because I never hired Michael Weston or any lawyer from Weston legal to represent me. I am not sure which route to take at this point. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. Do not respond to their letters. It’s a scam. I have been working so hard to repair my credit but now all that work is in vain.

Over billed and way way underperformed!!!!!!! I agree with Bryan Stephens. The laziest lawyer is in Dallas County. Papers and papers without releasing his ass to the court. DO NOT TRY IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT. This lawyer should retire it or stop rip-off the people.
