Critical: ProfessionalismI had a case where this law firm represented my opposite party. Unfortunately this law firm had let their client run wild and responded to my claims with “All your claims are false and not to be detailed here” without any justification of why it’s false. I have never seen any professional lawyer responds to claims with such general statements. I later provided written evidences to support my claims and yet the law office failed to respond. I feel sorry for the client they represent since a good lawyer could have saved them tens of thousands lawyers legal fees in court since they had no case at all. If you plan to hire a lawyer, hire a good trial lawyer, this firm had no idea on how to do cases professionally.Also before hiring any lawyer, one shall look into local civil court records to see how many cases they have represented client and whats the winning rate. This lawyer has zero litigation experience and recently he brought a frivolous case alleging there’s a contract where in reality there’s no contract signed. It’s a shame that such a lawyer exist to scam the client and abuse our court system. We plan to file a 128.7 motion for sanctions against this lawyer for groundless claims and failure to excercise reasonable judgement as a law professional.I had a case where this law firm represented my opposite party. I had a case where this law firm represented my opposite party. Unfortunately this law firm had let their client run wild and responded to my claims with “All your claims are false and not to be detailed here” without any justification of why it’s false.
