I was hesitant to get a lawyer but in the end it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.I was in a serious car accident. I was overwhelmed with all the bills and trying to work with the insurance company. They called weekly to try and get me to settle even though I was in a lot of pain. I hired a popular attorney in Utah, “One call that’s all” and it was a nightmare! It was not one call. They lost my paperwork and continued to switch who was over my claim.I finally, fired them and reached out to a friend who was a lawyer. He told me about Dan Birtch. Cheryl was at my house that week collecting all my paperwork and taking notes of the accident. They told me my neck should not be hurting this bad and said I needed a MRI and I needed to see a Neurosurgeon. The MRI showed that I needed two disc replacements.
