ANGEL was who I was referred to. I was highly disappointed in what Angel had to offer. Didn’t really explain much and seemed as if it was easier to just say “GUILTY”? Maybe it was just a bad day for him but he is getting paid no matter what. I feel bad that his knowledge wasn’t there for the programs being offered. Just acted like he didn’t have time.
