I asked this firm for help getting money that is owed to me by a former tenant. I provided information about the case and gave them what they asked for to carry out the agreed action to send a letter, to begin the process. I had to send pictures and information more than once. My case was not given any priority because it took weeks to draft a a letter,probably more like months. I informed them I had no new address for the former tenant but they took my money then later said it was returned so there was nothing else they could do. I asked for my money back based on the fact I was not told that they couldn’t find the tenant and would mail to the former address. My money is just gone but that is unacceptable.
