Don’t even think of signing a contract provided by Bill McFarlands office without your own attorney. Just saw the scumiest contract in my life while trying to buy a home and walked. Homeowner was so shocked when they read it they dumped his ass and we did purchase the home through another attorney.. with a fair and normal real estate contract. Run like hell from him and his scumlord contracts.
