Our job (and our joy) as attorneys is to understand our clients’ ultimate business objectives, to develop litigation and transactional strategies, goals and tactics to achieve those objectives, and then to efficiently and economically execute our legal work to a successful conclusion. In other words, our legal advice and work is focused on and attentive to our client’s ultimate business and personal goals. Otherwise, we can perform significant amounts of legal work, which may have little or no value to our clients. We’ve taken the traditional law firm model and extracted those aspects that bring discipline and dependability, reliability and results, and paired them with a more casual, approachable style.

Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessThis law firm does not return phone calls and when they do they tell you they are too busy to answer your questions and need another week to get to your inquiry. They handle MANY HOA in the area and are non-responsive to Homeowner’s questions. I contacted this firm on February 8th and have had 2 responses – both telling me I will get a call the next week they need more time because they are dealing with a trial.They are being paid legal fees from our HOA and we are getting NOTHING in return.This law firm does not return phone calls and when they do they tell you they are too busy to answer your questions and need another week to get to your inquiry.
