Giving it a 1 star because in my opinion whoever answers the phone is a complete representation of the company. Which is why being a rude person not only makes you look bad but the company that your working for. I called nicely to ask a question. The woman who answered my call at 1:10pm thursday april 2nd 2020. Was very very rude. I never hang up on anyone but i had to before i told her off, and i have WAY more class than that. I have been overpaying getting my taxes done there, with the amount of money i pay, RESPECT should be included! Just for the ignorant rude person who was probably having a bad day, not my problem. I will not be getting my taxes done there ever again. Learn how to talk to people ESPECIALLY clients! Instead of listening to what i was asking you felt the need to ignore what i asked and repeated untrue statements. You should of transferred me to my block advisor who knew more info to answer my question. Instead your ego did the talking. You had 1 job. Being a receptionist the first thing you learn is on how to talk to people. #fail
