Critical: ProfessionalismRichard Bloom advised his client to purger himself to a judge in order to obtain a restraining order. Thus his client told the judge that he and the defendant lived together in the same household. Once the order was signed, he paid a process server to leave the documents at the door but state to the court the documents had been served. Two days later at the court hearing, he threatened the defendant with false evidence, stating if the defendant does not agree to the restraining order, he will be arrested. The defendant not knowing the law, signed the order.
