Critical: QualityPete was our next door neighbor at the time of my automobile accident. I was stopped in a line of traffic and hit from behind forcing me into the truck in front of me and with such force that he rear ended the car in front of him. After several requests for information, we finally retrieved the records from him and consulted a new attorney who found out that had one paper been submitted in time to the insurance company we would not only have gotten compensation for my totaled car but approximately $125000 for my injuries. Thanks to Mr. Bonfiglio’s incompetence, by the time our new lawyer took over the case he was told by a judge, who I’m sure was a friend of Pete’s, that my injuries were only 20% and by the time I reimbursed my insurance company, it would cost me several thousand dollars.
