In times of crisis, you need a team that is smart, always available, responsive and above anything else trustworthy. Consistency is key and after working with Booth Law for a couple of years, never once did they falter in any of these aspects. My matter was challenging and difficult in so many ways and Booth Law helped me with all of it. Over 6 months go by without hearing a word from them. I called almost every day for about a month trying to get information and the office manager told me every single time someone would call me back and never did. Since day one, didn’t hear a word from them unless I called and was given the runaround. Because I trusted them, I kept them on my case and eventually the time period on where I could continue the case expired and ended up getting nothing from it. Absolutely awful people. Signed paperwork, did an interview, and they said they would take on my case. Over 6 months go by without hearing a word from them. I called almost every day for about a month trying to get information and the office manager told me every single time someone would call me back and never did. Andrew managed every aspect of the process from dealing with medical bills to settling the case to my satisfaction. I’m extremely difficult to please and quite critical. Much to my surprise, I have no complaints. More over I commend Andrew on his ability to maximize the settlement. He did this thru attention to details anyone would miss trying to handle things themselves.
