We closed a deal with this title company and unfortunately there was too much miscommunication between the different teams. Their software “Qualia” was down and the communication via email was very messy. We were supposed to do a double close to conceal our assignment fee but someone at the title company disclosed info they shouldn’t have. Andrea Abercrombe acknowledged that they accidentally sent an email to the wrong person.

Maybe it’s because there was more than they could handle. But I missed out on selling my house in June due to them handling everything for the buyer.
