If you have suffered any type of on the job injury, you absolutely NEED these people in your corner! I suffered a repeated injury, and the first couple of times I went at it alone. I have yet to ever meet any of the actual lawyers. Mr Bothwell conducted a phone interview at the very start – before any papers were signed, but not a peep since. It seems the attorneys are just figure heads and they hired paralegals and assistants to actually operate the place. At first, communication was good, responses were quick and informative. However, as the months wear on it has become increasingly difficult to get a returned phone call or even an email in a decent time frame. I had an emailed response from the assistant stating that she did get BOTH of my voicemails but she gave no reason for why they were ignored and my questions unanswered. She was simply responding to an email I sent asking if she HAD received my voicemails. But as I said, no reason given for the lack of response. I’m absolutely certain that the office is quite busy, too busy even, but that is no fault of their clientele and no reason for being ignored. I still have an email and (I believe) a voicemail that are yet to be replied to from earlier this week.
