Bowman-Carter Law, PC is a boutique estate planning law firm that provides personal attention to each client. We help clients accomplish their estate planning goals by counseling and educating them in the creation of an estate plan to meet their particular needs and situation. Plans can be will-based or trust-based and always include wills, durable powers of attorney and health care directives. A trust is added if desired or needed. Trusts are most commonly revocable but can be irrevocable and can also address beneficiaries with special needs or asset protection. We also provide probate and trust administration services as well as limited liability company formation.
