A miracle worker – as in it would be a MIRACLE if this guy actually got anything done. Communication from his office and with him was horrible, he negotiated a deal with the other side before even discussing it with us, and his advice to us once was “Pay them to go away, you’re making money anyway”. Plus, he got his feeling hurt one time when he got talked to harshly for those items. His follow through is horrible, his initiative is terrible, and guaranteed you can do better. Best part of dealing with him was I got to fire him, twice. (He was my mother’s attorney when I got involved). This is a perfect example of why a zero-star rating is needed.
