Thank you so much for all that you’ve done for my family we were about to be homeless and put out with all of our belongings of the house we purchase we went into foreclosure and we didn’t have the money to pay the mortgage company. We met Alberto and begin to talk over the phone my husband was skeptical about giving anyone money we may an appointment at their office and sat down and talked out everything that was going on with us it reassured us and faith that they had what it takes to get us out of our issues. I sat in their office and prayed and ask God was we in the right place and he told me yes from that moment on we sat down and came up with a plan and they took us to the process they went to court for us and that also for the mortgage company to negotiate a better price than what we were paying we are now paying $500 lesser than what we were paying before I am happy with the results we made our first payment June 1st 2022 and they received it and it has been noted to the account. From my experience with this law office, don’t waste your time or money. They give the worst service after you finish paying them for what they charge. Your case no longer interests them. For this reason and many other things, I do not recommend their services. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We dealt with Wells Fargo who misrepresented their guidelines for a loan modification for 7 years. Down to our last strike, we met with Brian and his team. Brian’s staff helped us get both a temporary modification and then a permanent modification. They are thorough, fair, and professional. You want bedside manner, see a hairdresser. Brian take $26,000.00 dollars from a widow with two young kids to save her house, he lie to her & he said the bank ask for 25,000.00 to stop my foreclosure the bank never ask for that money, also to start the case he take $5,000.00 from my hand . He negotiate & make all decision on his own also tricked me in signing the finish documents. Now even year my mortgage rates goes up & I am paying a lot more than purchase price for my house is I am still struggling this man is a beast. The bar association should take tissue license from him. Please don’t go to Mr Mcffrey for no legal matters u will like this no ⛥
