Beware! Worst choice, didn’t file discovery on time. Cost me more money for his lack of action. He will not be prepared for court, depositions, or anything concerning your case. Mark is more worried about golf.

Very happy with Mr. Briggs. He explained everything very clearly and made the process very easy. Those with negative reviews based on lack of communication most likely have not worked with lawyers before. A lawyer that is hard to get ahold of is a good lawyer. It means they are working. For anyone that has had jury duty knows that courts are on their own time with daily dockets. When it comes to family law, no news is usually good news. I know when it comes to kids it tends to be a very sensitive and stressful time but trust the process. I take anything that pertains to my daughter very seriously and would trust Mr. Briggs anytime should the need ever arise.

Worst choice i could have ever made. Has not answered one email or phone call since May everytime I go into his office the ladies in the front lie for him and tell me to call back at a time both them and i know no one will answer because they are closed. Asked for $500 before even doing any work so i paid him and he seems to have fallen off the face of the earth. Continuously blames my ex for the reason custody papers are taking so long to be finalized but told me in may it had to be done within 30 days of court hearing. Ive had custody of my daughter since May but cant get the attorney general to stop taking child support from my checks because of the lack of effort on mr briggs part with getting the modified custody papers signed so i can present them to the AG. I would not recommend using this attorney even if services were offered for free.

Never answers calls. Voicemail is always full. Receptionist never answers. What’s the point of a lawyer if they never communicate with you? Could be my own legal advisor at this point with so little help I’ve received from this firm.
