Brion J. Payne is an honest and knowledgeable attorney. A routine background check discovered that I had a warrant from 2012 and I was shocked. I live in Washington State with my family, have a job and didn’t want anything to do with Tennessee.I was told I would have to travel down there and physically turn myself in. I called a few lawyers out there most were T.V. commercial lawyers. You know, fast talking, sugary words, & making promises. One even request we send 800.00 dollars money order only before he would even look into the case. He didn’t want any other form of payment. Shady much??
