He has done work for us previously and did okay. Slow but thorough. BUT, on my father in laws probate he dropped the ball big time. Failed to file something on time resulting in the court serving us with papers and then did not let us know the court had done the order to disburse the funds. Waited weeks to hear from him. During this time he did suffer from a death in his family but still should have taken care of business. We would call and he said let me check and call you back. Crickets. Glad to be done with him.

Attitude ABSOLUTELY not acceptable. My little brother was referred by an attorney that his schools legal service provides. Upon mentioning to Mike that he had spoken to another attorney (aka the schools legal service they provide) as this was the first place we he went for help after not knowing what to do – Mike then has the AUDACITY to tell him we wont tolerate him speaking to other attorneys. HELLO! That is what you do, you check out more than one reference to see who can best represent you. CLEARLY it’s not Mike and I will be looking into if what he said what unethical.
