Seriously, Walter is probably the best Eviction Attorney in Milwaukee… He always new how to approach things during the most uncertain times during Covid.. Walter always new the way the courts would deal with things even with all the constant changes. He managed to not only win each and every case, but was awarded more damages then I thought possible.. Walter really knows his job as an eviction Attorney and works with you very personally.. Most important to me was the communication, he always returned my texts and calls. I had horrible experiences with other eviction attorneys with that issue… I have used Walter several times now, and with that being said, I can assure you he is the best!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueReceived this firms contact info from another long time atty. I used. Called the number given, apparently it was Walt Brummond’s cell. Upon him answering I respectfully identified myself and why I was calling, apparently 7:55am call to Mr. Brummond’s cell is a big no-no. His response after me saying “I got your number from so and so” he replies “that doesn’t give you the right to call my cell before 8am I’ll send you my office number” and hung up!!.… don’t think I want to pay someone to represent me in legal proceedings that treats people this way.Received this firms contact info from another long time atty. Received this firms contact info from another long time atty. I used. Called the number given, apparently it was Walt Brummond’s cell. Upon him answering I respectfully identified myself and why I was calling, apparently 7:55am call to Mr. Brummond’s cell is a big no-no. Walter was outstanding! He handled an eviction for me. I had done one myself years ago, but after some reading it looked like a lot of laws had changed since then. On a recommendation, I called Walter, and I’m really glad I did. He really knows the system and the laws, and handled it for me, and at an extremely reasonable price! I called Walter’s office to get some information. Left a message with the receptionist. Walter called back in 15 mins and spent almost half hour going through my case – helping me understand the course of action, possible outcomes and the cost associated with it. Even though it was a free consultation, he didn’t press on time. I am looking forward to working with him and I would highly recommend giving Walter a call if you are looking for an attorney.
