I employed this firm to file for divorce. My husband and I decided to work out the problems we had. I called 24 hours later and cancelled the appointment only to be told by Mr. Flynn that he already started the paper work. I said send me a bill for your time. I received a $500.00 bill for 2.5 hours. Never received the paper work. I paid on a monthly basis and in October of 2017 overpaid by $125.00. I have send (3) request for a refund of the over payment and this firm has not acknowledge my letters or refunded the over payment. I will NOT RECOMMEND this law firm to anyone unless you have a lot of money to throw away. Stay clear of this law firm. In my opinion they are not ethical. I had to give (1) star no option for NO STARS.
