I along with several other people I know have worked with Kathryn Yates for various reasons. Kathryn is a fantastic attorney who pays attention to every detail for her clients. She’s responsive and professional in her interactions with clients and other attorneys. I hired Kathryn for a pre-nuptial agreement that I never plan to use. I contacted her on a Monday hoping to have the agreement done by that Friday which was a big ask. She was amazing and got it done. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought that she didn’t have any other clients with the amount of attention she gave me. She drove my husband’s attorney crazy with her attention to detail, which was great because she was solely interested in protecting my interests. Other people I know have had Kathryn represent them in divorces, custody battles and other family law issues. I would recommend Kathryn to anyone in a heat beat.

I am very fortunate to have Kathryn Yates as my attorney. She is smart, professional, hard working, and someone who instills confidence in a worrisome environment. I have had several attorneys in different states over the past 7 years dealing with ongoing family court matters. Some have been great, others, not so much. Kathryn has definitely been great to have in my corner. She took the time to speak with me on the phone on 2 occasions, before I retained her as my attorney. She never once made me feel like I was intruding, or made me feel rushed when explaining the issues with her. She listened to my concerns and gave me honest, concrete answers as best she could. My experience with Attorney Bullwinkel is one of admiration and respect. She is an amazing concilliator, with vast knowledge of the legal system. I was unable to bring on another attorney of my own, and therefore had to represent myself. While maintaining a neutral position, she ensured our concilliation session stayed on track, and offered valuable input throughout this very difficult, and emotionally overwhelming time. Mediation will never end with either side feeling like they achieved all they wanted, but from my experience it never will. Fortunately, Attorney Bullwinkel was able to facilitate a mutual agreement, and for that I am forever grateful.
