In 1994, we lost our youngest son following a horrific accident. We were so devastated and lost about what to do. Many attorney’s sent us the usual mail trying to take our case, but Derek Burch & Kelly George took a very diplomatic approach to reach us through a mutual friend. We knew without a doubt they were the team we wanted to represent us. From day one, they exhibited extreme compassion, patience, and incredible professionalism. We had no insurance coverage at the time of the accident which included a medi-flight to Children’s Hospital. Derek & Kelly immediately managed to find a special policy we had that more than covered those costs. From that point, they built a solid case against a very large corporation that rarely settles utilizing a vast array of techniques, reconstruction specialists and everything that could possibly be presented to win our case in front of a jury. The case was eventually settled out of Federal court, but what we ended up with was as much as would have been awarded by a jury. It was settled within a very reasonable amount of time and we were so impressed by their knowledge, expertise, and how they treated us throughout the entire ordeal.
