I hired them during covid for evictions, I completely understand that their hands are tied for the most part. However there is no excuse for the complete lack of communication, tone deaf letters from a partner saying this is harder on him than any of the landlords not getting paid(I paid my bill to him immediately). Eventually the tenants left on their own with no help from this firm. Look elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst lawyers in town for tenant eviction cases. They had a wrong name on my file for which my case was thrown out, then they lost my file, then they failed to resubmit a file. I’ve lost tens of thousands of dollars from their negligence and lack of communication. Impossible to get anyone on the phone too. After this, I was told they were handling the case personally and they didn’t do anything. 4 months later I check and there are no cases that have been filed.
