Logan took my felony case, after been offered a deal. He could of easily told me that was the best he could do. but he wasn’t afraid to fight for me and my innocence. He got a private investigator on my case kept in contact and always answered me back. I knew going to trial could end in me doing jail/prison time. I was first introduced to Logan Bushell when he was appointed as my public defender , we beat that case,. Then once again he was appointed as my public defender , we beat that case as well. I found myself in need of a lawyer for a third time without hesitation I called him ,because he was so passionate and most importantly he actually paid attention and listened to me and never tried to talk me into or convince me to accept offers or make pleas in order to save himself time , or work. He made sure every move we made was what I wanted and both times it paid off. He was willing to make special arrangements for me to get him paid and got to work right away and once again I felt like I came out of my legal situation a winner. First off, I want to be clear, that nobody is going to fight harder for you than you, and nobody should. That said, if you are going to have someone join you in that fight, I would highly recommend Logan Bushell. Over the last year I have been going to court for my case. In that time I have seen Mr Bushell stand out above any other Defense Attorney. Public or private for that matter. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone! I was lied to by my attorney about my deal I was offered by the prosecuting attorney. I’ve left messages with Logan bushell and he hasn’t called me back. I could’ve saved 1800 dollars and got the same deal without an attorney.
