My son recently had an emergency custody hearing and Ashley Weyland was amazing. She fought so hard not only for my son but also for my grandchildren. I wont go in to details but I can say as I watched her in action I couldn’t have been more impressed . Ashley from the beginning of this case has always been professional, responsive through email, text, and calls. She always keeps my son up to date on what is happening with his case, what he can expect from hearings, what he needs to accomplish for his case, and what the plan is moving forward. She always answers all his questions and concerns and tries to address every concern in a professional timely manner and if his request can not be accomplished she explains why. The entire Bussett legal group has been amazing and extremely professional. If I was allowed to give more than 5 stars i would. I called in May regarding a case. I gave all information to the receptionist, who told me the office manager was out sick, but that I should hear back from someone soon. I called the next week just to check, and had been told that it was a long illness but things should be back on track. A month later, I call. They said apparently they didn’t have my phone number. A month after that I call, and they said they supposedly called and left a message saying that they wouldn’t be able to take my case because of case load. 3 months of run around, when I could have been looking elsewhere.
