Chris came into scene when everything was upside down with my father passing. Things were difficult with my father living in fla but owning home in ny. I had spoken to 3 other lawyers and they had no idea how to help me. Chris did and it took 2 weeks. Which could have held up in court and I could have lost the buyers.
