My immigration application had been pending for 4 years and 7 months before I went to Mr. Lee’s office this April. I made numerous inquiries with the immigration before. USCIS always told me to wait because there was a delay and they didn’t know when they could make a decision on my case. I was very lucky to find Mr. Lee and hire him to represent me. Six weeks after I hired Mr. Lee, USCIS scheduled an interview for my application. My interview went very well. Even before I stepped out of the federal building where my interview was held, Mr. Lee’s office received an email from USCIS stating my application has been approved. Three days later I received my official approval notice. Mr. Lee is a very good attorney.

I took a lot of time searching for SIJS attorney for my 9 yo niece. Most of them didn’t response in the timely manner, Corey Lee got back to me with all details and useful informations about this kind of case. He is knowledgeable and know what he is doing. We talked over the phone first before i decided to come in to his office. I can tell that he is specialized in SIJS case. His staffs immediately started working on gathering all documents to get ready to file petition online ahead of anybody who still wanna wait for in-person court to be opened. They responded to my questions lighting fast with helpful info. My niece and i got a hearing date within 2 months since file a petition, after court postponed for 1 month. Corey kept me updated every steps all the way, that made me feel like i never left alone by myself without any clue from court. We got the judge to sign my niece’s SIJS special findings petition on the 1st and final virtual hearing! Corey and his team, especially Michelle is the best immigration law professional you could ever ask for in the entire nation. Also they are wonderful and charming people to have conversations with. We have just received our permanent residency this Friday but will continue to have them in our life even just to chat with Michelle and Corey. We started the application in 2019 and it was delayed for a year because of the Covid. There was not half of a second that we felt worried because Michelle had always been top of everything. There was nothing you have thought of that Michelle was not ten-step ahead and did not remind you already. When we were away from New York for four months and were unable to receive notices she kept us informed. During the waiting period she helped to extend my working permission and kept my lovely job before we even noticed it was running close to the expiration date. We will bother them for the green card renewal in two years. April 24, 2021I cannot say enough amazing, phenomenal things about CT Lee and his incredible Lead Paralegal Michelle. Mr. Lee himself is a great person who was there when we needed him. But Michelle has literally changed. our. lives with her poise, grace, tact, incredible knowledge of the immigration system. Michelle successfully got my wife her green card in the hectic age of Trump’s immigration crackdown, post-Covid delays and general unknown murkiness with government response and requirements. She answered ALL of our incredibly picky questions as quickly as possible, and followed-up with us to make sure EVERYTHING IN OUR LIVES was okay (even the health of our dog who underwent surgery!).
