In October 2019, I was injured in a car accident. The at-fault driver’s insurance company was contacted and made aware of my injuries. The case was to remain open until further medical issues were resolved. There have been a couple of events in my life where filing a lawsuit may have been prudent. However, I have NEVER sued anyone! In October 2019, I was injured in a car accident. The at-fault driver’s insurance company was contacted and made aware of my injuries. The case was to remain open until further medical issues were resolved. Critical: ResponsivenessMy name is Leslie Gould and I have an open case with Campbell and associates. From day one the case manager over my case Jess Coronado has been very slow about responding to my text messages, voicemails and emails. It normally takes about 3 days to a week for her to respond. But the last two emails I sent she has not responded at all. The last time I talked to the lawyer Tim and he assured me that we will be in touch in 2 to 3 weeks and that was the beginning of March. It has been over a year since my case was opened and it took 5 months after I was finished with the chiropractor for my file to be submitting the lawyer then to the adjuster. I am very unhappy with what is going on with my case. I would like to speak with the owner of the law firm Mrs. Clair Campbell because I don’t think she would approve of how my case is being handled. From day one the case manager over my case Jess Coronado has been very slow about responding to my text messages, voicemails and emails. It normally takes about 3 days to a week for her to respond.
