Yelena helped us with purchasing a business and establishing a LLC. We had very short and stressful dead line. She always answered our phones and and e-mails within 10 minutes. She was always helpful, hardworking and answered all of our questions no matter how detailed they were. Her knowledge of law is impressive and most importantly she doesn’t tell you the answers in legalese, on the contrary she makes sure that you understand everything.
