Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value10/10 would never use this lawyer again or refer her to anyone. Can never get the lawyer herself on the phone. Not even if it’s an important matter. And when you do want to speak to her you have to set up an appointment which is going to be 3 weeks to a month out. And once you think you will finally be able to see her and set down with her she will have her assistant call a week in advance to push back your appointment for two more weeks. She gets you important papers weeks- to months late. And something that should only take but a few months at most takes her over a year to never accomplish. 10/10 would never use this lawyer again or refer her to anyone. Can never get the lawyer herself on the phone. Not even if it’s an important matter. And when you do want to speak to her you have to set up an appointment which is going to be 3 weeks to a month out. Sloppy in appearance, disrespectful in respect to court procedures and addressing the judge (I.e. does not stand up, does not say “your honor” and acts like this is an entitlement), is a proven liar and several people have reported her to the bar for such. Which should be a big red flag for all.If you notice, most all the positive reviews are females and people facing pretty severe punishment. She may be a “fierce advocate”, but at what cost? Lying? Deceptive tactics and drawn out filing? Filing important documents at the last minute? Missed dates and orders for continuation? Sound familiar? So this boils down to 1) being preferential to females, which is not only sexist but 2) not upholding the legal principles of representation and conduct.So if you want to take the chance at losing money because your legal representation is biased (which might, as you see, be against you) or altogether just not well put together. Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst attorney I called to see if she could help me with an old traffic ticket , the desk lady pulls up my name and stated “your middle name isn’t (fill the blank) is it?” I said yeah, that’s me . She starts telling me about all the other tickets I have in a different county, and when I mentioned I just need the speeding ticket taken care of, she states that “Carrie isn’t taking this types of cases right now” . First attorney I called to see if she could help me with an old traffic ticket , the desk lady pulls up my name and stated “your middle name isn’t (fill the blank) is it?” I said yeah, that’s me .
