Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessTwo of the quickest and easiest ways to get robbed 1) give all your info to one of those people who call about your car’s “extended warranty” & 2) hire Paul Ernenwein at this firm. I don’t know where to begin or end. Let’s start with the fact that his longest conversation with my husband (his client) over the 3 month span he was contracted was 20 minutes, when we finally fired him. During those 3 months, my husband was incarcerated Paul never visited him & spoke to him ONCE for about 5 minutes. Initially Paul agreed to and was retained to represent my husband on multiple charges, yet my husband found himself at one of his court hearings being represented by a legal aide. When confronted Paul denied being retained to represent him on that specific charge, even though I have the original contract with his signature. He did nothing for my husbands case, never knew what was going on and never had answers for us. He was also hard to get in touch with, we always got his voicemail & he never returned calls promptly. However, he definitely billed an insane amount. Furthermore, his billing statements were inaccurate, inconsistent & vague. It didn’t accurately reflect the amount of time he spent on my husband’s case. When I tried to address my concerns and dissatisfaction with the services being provided no other firm partner was available or willing to speak with me. That’s not even the half of it, but it hits the main points.
