Critical: Professionalism, Responsivenessif I could give zero stars I would have. I called this attorney’s office on or about November 3, 2021. I explained my situation and was told by Mr. Lembke that he would try to locate an attorney in my area who could help with my case. It is now January 27, 2022, I’ve heard nothing from him. I’ve called the office on 3 separate occasions and never received a call back. I’ve also sent two additional email messages, and again, have heard nothing.I understand attorneys are busy. We’re all busy. My complaint is this law firm not having the common decency or courtesy to return my calls or messages and basically leaving me hanging. I would have much more respect for this law firm had someone just call or email me that they are unable to help me or unable to find someone to help me.if I could give zero stars I would have.
