It’s easy to assume you’ll know how to handle a situation like that, but the stress and trauma makes it incredibly difficult to think clearly. I was absolutely overwhelmed when I thought of the necessary medical visits, time away from work, accruing bills, paperwork, phone calls, mediation and general stress from learning how to navigate the appropriate channels.Chad and his team handled everything on my behalf. I joke that I’ve had more paperwork involved in buying something at CVS.
