Critical: Quality
Was given Mr.Hammond as a court appointed public advocate an it showed. Didnt look at my case thought I was charged with something different. Then literally fights my defence when the law clearly states I was in the right on both charges. Kept trying to push me to plead guilty to one and they’ll dismiss the other they were both the same charge an almost same circumstance I laughed and kept telling him no I’ll gladly take this to court. I had video recording of both interactions and was versed in both laws I was cited for and he kept pushing back instead of fighting for what’s right. I feel sorry if hes assigned to you publicly. The Barton an Barton lawyer my friend had who was charged in one of the interactions laughed so hard when I told him what my lawyer was saying he agreed fight it they’ll dismiss and sure enough they finally dismissed both. I suggest Barton an Barton anyday over this office.
