I have often times referred clients to Attorney Chan and her firm because I know she will be a zealous advocate and compassionate advisor to her clients. My clients always report back detailing their great experience. They are thrilled with the result and have a very positive experience overall. She is a very talented attorney with a great reputation here in Central Pennsylvania. I highly recommend Wendy and her firm. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could !

Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessWe were initially impressed by Wendy and company, but as the case moved ahead the customer service was not there. We had no experience in legal proceedings and they did not assist in the logistics at all. For an example of poor service, after asking several times, we were supposed to meet our lawyer who we had never met face to face before outside the courtroom, but were never told what courtroom to go to. When we finally found it a half hour late when we were in the courthouse a half hour early, she was sitting inside the courtroom waiting for us. We never got a phone call, email or anything checking on where we were as we found out later since we had no cell phone in the courthouse. Comcast was down at her office so we never got a call, was the excuse. But she was on her cell phone in courtroom and how were we supposed to find her in the courtroom? She took no responsibility for the poor communication about where to go or where to meet. We hope she reflects on this and provides better customer service in the future. We would not recommend this firm to anyone.Wendy’s response only demonstrates the point of our review. We were initially impressed by Wendy and company, but as the case moved ahead the customer service was not there. We had no experience in legal proceedings and they did not assist in the logistics at all. I normally don’t post reviews but couldn’t go another minute without giving Wendy this review. Working with Wendy has been the absolute best decision I’ve ever made! She has provided so much professionalism, advice, and support I am in awe. My case was draining my family and I mentally. I was at a point where I contemplated giving up but Wendy took over and not only eased my mind but win the case! I don’t know where I would be without her help.
