My wife and I hired Cho Law for her immigration case, from Australia to the United States. From the start he was extremely professional, kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Some attorneys we spoke to made us feel just like a number…a check…Minwon did not at all. He really cares about his clients, and you can tell from square one. The response time when asking questions was impressively fast and competent. His staff, (in our case, Sue) was nothing but sweet and speedy with the answers if he couldn’t get back to us. She was incredibly knowledgeable as well. The service was all around spectacular and he prepared us above and beyond. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Cho Law. When the offices closed down due to the pandemic his service continued at the same extraordinary level! He was professional and attentive throughout the process, and we always felt that we were in good hands. Everything went smoothly and my wife has her permanent residency!CHO LAW was on top of our case from start to finish. When we owed documents, if we were slow they would remind us after a week or two, which we appreciated. Filings were assembled and filed quickly, and we were notified by email at each step. As our case progressed they were on top of all notices, and made sure we were prepared for the interview.Rates were reasonable to me. Less than the big firms but not the cheapest you’ll find. I consider it a medium price for top tier service.I highly recommend CHO LAW and have already hired them for another case for our family.
