First appt: spoke to somebody in the office, was told we could file a chapter seven. Paid over 1400 dollars, and months later and I mean months. After many unanswered phone calls, we were told, we could not do a chapter 7. There were other options but not want I wanted. Not much work was done on the lawyers part. I pulled my own credit reports, did the debt relief, and provided everything that was needed. A waste of money and time. I am more disappointed that I did not receive ANY money back. I know they need to make money for there time but what they did was not worth that much.
