It started off good, I did have my hopes up that there is help out there, then I believe I was lost in the shuffle. I had printed a stack of paperwork after meeting with them and dug up so much evidence, created a Time line of events and retrieved all medical papers. It’s a shame that all three of my phone calls weren’t returned and I was left in the dust. Not only lacking in customer service and professionalism but the lack of compassion, leaving you feeling helpless after too much time has gone by to find someone else to help. Be aware.
