Attorney, Theresa Spearing, worked on my post divorced case which involved my alimony; my health insurance and life insurance. I felt like she my sister fighting so hard for me. Putting so much time into planning for our trial. Never missing a beat, researched and always one step ahead. This was a very challenging case to say the least. I brought Attorney Theresa Spearing piles and piles of documents, a binder of who knows what papers with more documents in it. Attorney Sheppard is amazing, thoughtful and caring, but she will protect your interests, even from yourself! I was not willing to take her advise at first, but when a simple 50/50 divorce turned into a mess I started listen to her. Within 6 monts the divorce was final! NOT a fathers rights attorney. Website goes beyond misleading. If you are a woman in a custody battle this all female SJW firm is probably right for you. If you are a man that needs a lawyer to work in your children’s best interest you need to look elsewhere. As a client of this firm I was marginalized in my own case to make provisions for my ex wife while the best interest of the children was a distant concern. If you need additional representation for your ex go with Clark law.
