Estate planning was an intimidating process to contemplate. Ryan Collier made it much less so. From our initial meeting, Ryan gave me clear information about my options and choices for creating a comprehensive estate plan. He went over trusts, probate rules, advanced directives and more, ansering my questions as we went. I had a great experience from my first call for an appointment. The person answering my call was friendly and very competent. I was looking for an attorney to write a will for me. An appointment was made, and I felt comfortable with the time frame. I went in with my notes, (the office had a video you could watch online, that helped a lot) after getting suggestions from the video. I had an appointment with Stephanie, an attorney who went over everything she had to tell me, then she listened to what I had in mind. I then scheduled back to go over everything to make sure it was right. They sent me a copy of the notes to make sure her notes were right, and there were a few name changes I wanted to make. I had my next appointment to go over the details of the documents with Jacob an attorney who explained everything making sure it was what I wanted, before I signed and notarized the papers. The whole experience was excellent. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and put me completely at ease. I would definitely recommend Collier Law firm to anyone who is interested in doing a will or estate planning. They covered everything I had questions about and went the extra distance with information I didn’t even know I needed.
