Critical: ProfessionalismI came in on a Tuesday at 4:45pm. I was the only one there. They didn’t greet me and that typically doesn’t bother me and it didn’t. Then she asked to see my registration and I asked if I could sit (I wasn’t sure if they were ready for me because they kept asking back and forth who was going to assist me). When I asked her if I could sit she said, “Yeah unless you want to stand” to which I replied, “You weren’t very direct.” So I then got an attitude and started typing this and then she changed her mood. Walked in and there was 2 people working. They had one guest in the establishment at the time other than myself. They were to busy talking about remodeling houses and selling houses to even greet me when I walked in. I took a seat and waited for 5 minutes with the guest and clerk just had casual conversation. When u got up.the leave was the only time my presence was recognized in the building. Won’t go back here.

I have never left a review on Google before but, Y’all are a god send. I was needing to renew my sticker but found out as I went to renew that my vehicle was needing emissions. They issued me a 7 day temporary sticker to get me to the emissions place without getting a ticket. I did my emissions testing the next day as the testing station was closed on Wednesday and went straight back to collinsville license and renewed with them. I am so happy I found them. No more DMV for my sticker renewals!
