Need more legal aid staff.. seen each individuals go in every 30 ..45 minutes. Seems like 1 person helping hundreds. Long wait… be advised. Nice building. Hopefully if there’s more building fund CLS can hire people ! Café or lunch room upstairs but only for staff how inconvenient. I would love to sit in this place for hours without anything to drink or eat!

They never answer the phone. You go there the doors are locked and a man comes and tells me the one downtown is the only one open…went downtown and they’re not open to the public. Left a message for the case workers to return my call 17x and nothing. They need to take community out of their name because they definitely don’t want to help the community

I really love this legal service place. They always provide good services. But this time they are missing the mark. How do you call and no one, not even a receptionist will answer the phone? I know they say the office is closed but some staff person should be there to communicate by phone. And I keep leaving messages and no one is answering and I have a problem that needs to be taken care of right away. You can do better CLS. This is not the top notch service that i expect.
