Critical: ResponsivenessMr. Concannon was hired as my lawyer for a speeding ticket I got last may. I hired him because he seemed very knowledgeable and price wise wasn’t bad either. The good is he did was he said he would do and got my ticket amended. The bad: could not get a call back or a text back from him once money was paid. Called Mr. Concannon several times for updates on the case over the last almost year. Very rarely did he answer the phone and never returned a phone call or text if you happen to get him on the phone your lucky but chances are he will rush you off the phone because he is busy with something or someone else at all times of the day apparently. The ugly: at some point during the processes he did mention there might be a safer driving class to take in order to keep points off my record. After paying him a couple hundred dollars and then paying the ticket at close to 400 dollars vie called and texted him a few times about the “driver improvement program” still to no surprise couldn’t get him on the phone or over text so finally I email cooper county court and they explain to me that i had sixty days from the day I “plead guilty” to do the drivers class online to keep the points off of my license. My sixty day mark is tomorrow they also had to tell me where to go to find this class as I had no clue. I would think a lawyer who you pay so much money for would be able to answer these questions so you don’t have these mishaps. Really disappointing as i wanted to leave Mr. Concannon a good review after initial conversation but unfortunately he did not earn it. if you want a lawyer that will talk to you until you pay him and then never talk to you unless you hunt him down through phone this is your guy as he did get the ticket amended, or at least I hope soMr. Concannon was hired as my lawyer for a speeding ticket I got last may.
