I Was retained over a month ago on property damage claim by Kristian Bie Attorney. I Have An Established 5 Star Appraisal Firm & Impeccable Credentials. Mr. Bie Not Only Was Aware Of Our Payment Terms He Signed The Invoice. I interrupted family vacations, travel time and had my staff work a weekend to accommodate Mr. Bie. On September 30, I also had to travel to Jupiter to assess the proper damage after reading lengthy poorly written pleadings. The Appraisal Was Completed. Not Only Did Mr. Bie Breach The Payment Terms He Utilized My Unauthorized Appraisal in his mediation. He Has Not Paid The Outstanding Invoice As Agreed Due Over 30 Days Ago. HE Has Ignored Emails And Voice Mails Regarding The Unpaid Invoice. I Am Filing This Complaint With The FLORIDA BAR, Circuit Civil And Other Related Associates.
