Positive: ProfessionalismAfter dealing with lack of communication with one law firm, and months being their client, I never had the opportunity to speak with the lawyer that would have my case until I wrote a review on his website and it was THEN he reached out!! His legal assistant never reached out to me UNTIL I contacted her! Anyway needless to say I am no longer a client with that firm. So after doing researching and reading reviews on other law firms, I was drawn to try my hand with Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers. I seek professionals not only for their experience, but also their ability to understand my situation and not brush me off as “that’s your problem”. When I contacted Cooper Hurley Law Firm, I had confidence in knowing that that they would do their best to help me. After going through the initial interview stages, I was then introduced to Monique Collins, an outstanding legal assistant! She is genuinely supportive! I email her with any updates that I may have to help build my case and she answers promptly! Through via email, I feel as though she genuinely shows concern for the clients, but I can only speak on the experience that I have with her. Monique is the best! I am very pleased to have her as my legal Caseworker! I was recently rear ended and was experiencing back issues. I was hesitant about retaining a lawyer but after the at fault driver’s insurance company was constantly calling I decided to get one. I received a call from Bill Doran to complete my initial paperwork and was pleasantly surprised! His impeccable customer service and sincere demeanor in which he gathered all of the information that he needed quickly put me at ease!
