The woman in the office is very rude and nasty. Has a stink attitude made it seems like they’re doing you a favor. I was scheduled for a pick up, so on the day of I called to get an estimated pick up time and she said “didn’t I tell you you will get a call 30 minutes prior to pick up, our last pick up s at 4:30”. I still have the chairs and tables and had to pay $100 extra to the venue hall.

I was able to get a small order fulfilled on short notice, and the table and chairs were all in good condition. Some of the staff is a bit gruff, but the rental prices were cheap and the equipment return was hassle free. While they do have a small 3 car lot on the side, I only saw one spot open at any given time and there is no legal parking on either side of the street. Most people just partially pull onto the sidewalk while parallel to the garage doors.

Excellent place to rent from. They had everything I needed for my backyard party. Chairs, Tables,chaffing dishes and coffee urns. They loaded my van fast and off I went. When I returned they emptied it. Definitely recommend this place. Awesome service and prices.

I can’t believe it they charged my credit card for $4832.23. I only rented 32 chairs for my daughters communion. Horrible customer service. Every time I call to talk to a manager they hang up one me. DO NOT USE COUNTY CHAIR PARTY RENTALS. they will steal your money!!!!!
