Zero stars. The court of appeals consists of a lazy lot of appointed judges. Particularly arbitrary is justice Stein, whose ego is so big, she doesn’t read cases., difiore a poor excuse for chief judge., most appear drunk or tired. They can’t handle workload, and neither can their, chosen, law clerks. Something must change. Corrupt as hell.
