I retained Mr. Woodrow to represent a friend who is currently incarcerated at County and fighting his case. 10 months has gone by and Mr. Woodrow has done absolutely NOTHING. He doesn’t care that my friend is still sitting in jail waiting for a simple motion to be filed. As of today, he will not give me any money back & when I asked him for an itemized bill he literally hung up the phone on me. I’m going to have to pursue further action now to get my money back. DO NOT RETAIN MR. WOODROW! HE WILL DO NOTHING AND STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT CARE…..!

WORDS DEFY the kind of Attorney/man Mr. Woodrow is. There IS NO OTHER like him. He CHAMPIONED my daughter’s cause TWICE. He imploded both her cases, (One of which had already gone through a trial with a hung jury verdict with another attorney who could only scream at her to take a bad plea deal, telling her it “was the best she was going to get”.) It wasn’t the best. For the BEST results, you must have the BEST criminal defense attorney. Mr. Woodrow is the best. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessAttorney did not fight for defendant , took evidence from public defender and left out major evidence that could have been used. At last minute decided to change what he was defending against which was a thurston County drug court counselor who was taking participants to casinos and violating policy, seems like attorney did just what the state wanted, paid money for evidence that was given to him by a free attorney! His secretary would talk for him and wouldn’t half the time know what’s going on saying court dates would be pushed out when they indeed were not… attorney barely spoke to defendant and rarely ever contacted him… not worth the money!!!Attorney did not fight for defendant , took evidence from public defender and left out major evidence that could have been used. I can say without hesitation, that Mr. Woodrow is, hands down, the best defense attorney in the Pacific Northwest. He did what it took to get me the best possible outcome, and he has gone to great lengths on my behalf. I couldn’t imagine what the outcome would have been if I didn’t have him defending me. I was being accused of a very bogus Domestic Violence assault case. I originally hired a rookie attorney thinking that this case would be easily be resolve quickly. As months pass by and threats of trial, I decided to go with the bulldog, Richard Woodrow. He immediately took the helm and did a wonderful pre-trial service that ended in a dismissal of charges. Mistake I made was not hiring Woodrow from the start. Experience is very key to a successful defense, and Mr. Woodrow is very familiar with the local judicial system, as he’s been practicing for over 30 years. Highly recommend!

This was literally my worst choice for -an attorney. After gladly taking my money he literally accomplished nothing in court, ignored my calls, didn’t show up in a timely matter and then withdrew from being my attorney of course after the fact the check was cashed. Do not use him for any matter, there are better suited options. He has no professional courtesy and literally won’t get anything resolved for you just drag it out for no reason. Best option is to avoid him at all costs.
